One Minute Manager
One of our most popular sessions, based on the book ‘The New One Minute Manager’. This scripted session allows for candidates to be highly involved in the learning and gain understanding of innovative methods to set clear and agreed expectations with each other, ‘catch them doing something right’ and re-direct others when losing sight of the expectations.
